Girls Night Out To Dinner

Girls Night Out To Dinner

A group of 15-year-old girlfriends discussed where they should meet for dinner. Finally, it was agreed they should meet at the Dairy Queen next to the Ocean View

restaurant because they only had $6.00 between them, and Jimmy Johnson, that cute boy in Social Studies, lives on that street and they might see him, plus, they can ride their bikes there.

10 years later, the group of 25-year-old girlfriends discussed where they should meet for dinner. Finally, it was agreed they should meet at the Ocean View restaurant because the beer was cheap, they had free snacks, the band was good, there was no cover and there were lots of cute guys.

10 years later, at 35, the group once again discussed where they should meet for dinner. It was agreed they should meet at the Ocean View restaurant because the Cosmos were good, it was right near the gym, and if they went late enough, there wouldn't be too many whiny little kids around.

10 years later, at 45, the group discussed where they should meet. It was agreed they should meet at the Ocean View restaurant because the Martinis were big, and the waiters wore tight pants.

10 years later, at 55, the group discussed where they should meet. It was agreed they should meet at the Ocean View restaurant because the food there was reasonable, the wine list was good, they had windows that opened in case of a hot flash, and fish is good for your cholesterol.

10 years later, at 65, the group discussed where they should meet. It was agreed they should meet at the Ocean View restaurant because lighting was good and they have early bird specials.

10 years later, at 75, the group discussed where they should meet. It was agreed they should meet at the Ocean View restaurant because food was not too spicy, the restaurant was handicapped accessible, and they even had an elevator.

10 years later, at 85, the group discussed where they should meet. It was agreed they should meet at the Ocean View restaurant because they had never been there before.

Senator has the nerve to call seniors greedy!

THIS SENIOR CITIZEN NAILED IT...

Alan Simpson, Senator from Wyoming, Co-Chair of Obama's deficit commission, calls senior citizens the Greediest Generation as he compared "Social Security" to a Milk Cow with 310 million teats.
August, 2010.

Here's a response in a letter from a unknown fellow in Montana...
I think he is a little ticked off! He also tells it like it is !

"Hey Alan, let's get a few things straight..

1. As a career politician, you have been on the public dole for FIFTY YEARS.

2. I have been paying Social Security taxes for 48 YEARS (since I was 15 years old. I am now 63).

3 My Social Security pa yments, and those of millions of other Americans, were safely tucked away in an interest bearing account for decades until you political pukes decided to raid the account and give OUR money to a bunch of zero ambition losers in return for votes, thus
bankrupting the system and turning Social Security into a Ponzi scheme that would have made Bernie Madoff proud.

4. Recently, just like Lucy & Charlie Brown, you and your ilk pulled the proverbial football away from millions of American seniors nearing retirement and moved the goalposts for full retirement from age 65 to age 67. NOW, you and your shill commission is proposing to move the goalposts YET AGAIN.

5 I, and millions of other Americans, have been paying into Medicare from Day One, and now you morons propose to change the rules of the game. Why? Because you idiots mismanaged other parts of the economy to such an extent that you need to steal money from Medicare to pay the bills.

6. I, and mill ions of other Americans, have been paying income taxes our entire lives, and now you propose to increase our taxes yet again. Why?
Because you incompetent bastards spent our money so profligately that you just kept on spending even after you ran out of money. Now, you come to the American taxpayers and say you need more to pay off YOUR debt.

To add insult to injury, you label us "greedy" for calling "bullshit" on your incompetence. Well, Captain Bullshit, I have a few questions for YOU.

1. How much money have you earned from the American taxpayers during your pathetic 50-year political career?

2. At what age did you retire from your pathetic political career, and how much are you receiving in annual retirement benefits from the American taxpayers?

3.. How much do you pay for YOUR government provided health insurance?

4. What cuts in YOUR retirement and healthcare benefits are you proposing in your disgusting deficit reduction proposal, o r, as usual, have you exempted yourself and your political cronies?

It is you, Captain Bullshit, and your political co-conspirators called Congress who are the "greedy" ones. It is you and your fellow nutcases who have bankrupted America and stolen the American dream from millions of loyal, patriotic taxpayers. And for what? Votes.
That's right, sir. You and yours have bankrupted America for the sole purpose of advancing your pathetic political careers. You know it, we know it, and you know that we know it.
And you can take that to the bank, you miserable son of a bitch.

If you like the way things are in America, delete this. If you agree with what a fellow Montana citizen says, PASS IT ON!!!!

This would change everything and should be retroactive!

No one has been able to explain why young men and women serve in the U.S. Military for 20 years, risking their lives protecting freedom, and o nly get 50% of their pay. While politicians hold their political positions in the safe confines of the capital, protected by these same men and women, and receive full pay retirement after serving one term. It just does not make any sense.

On Fox news they learned that the staffers of Congress family members are exempt from having to pay back student loans. This will get national attention if other news networks will broadcast it. When you add this to the below, just where will all of it stop?

35 States filed lawsuits against the Federal Government.
Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass it on.

This is an idea that we should address.

For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Health care Reform... in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop.

If each person that receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message.. This is one proposal that really should be passed around.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives in Congress;
He sure as hell did. Very few Americans know how cozy it is to be a member of congress and all the perks they give themselves that they keep from you, like a paycheck for life, free medical care and many others after serving one term. Read it and weep, then next election do something about it.

Jumping On the Bed....... (LOL)

Jumping On the Bed....... Gotta love women~

A fifty-ish woman was at home happily jumping on her bed and squealing with delight.

Her husband watches her for a while and asks, "Do you have any idea how ridiculous you look?,

What's the matter with you?"

The woman continues to bounce on the bed and says, "I don't care, I just came from having a

mammogram and the doctor says I have the breasts of an 18 year-old".
The husband said, "What did he say about your 60 year old ass?"

"Your name never came up," she replied.

(Men . . . They just never know when to shut up, do they?)

When someone askes to borrow money...

Do you feel that they intend to pay you back when they don't mention that part?

It just kills me when folks come with the sob story about borrowing money, but leave out any words that would give any indication that they intend to repay you.

I had a cousin send an email once asking to borrow money, and he actually said he would not be able to repay it. At least he was honest, but I think that was probably the worst way to ask for money. He would have done better by saying that he had no idea when he'd be able to repay.... contingent on a job or something....

I've helped folks out here and there... Sometimes never being repaid. I never loan money that would put my personal finance in jeopardy. I wish this economy would get better. I get tired of folks 'hittin' me up'.... I don't have it! I have bills to pay too! I am not debt free, and thank God, I still have a job.
